You’re Not Happy – We’re Not Happy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Cherry Pink. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. We guarantee a full refund or product exchange if the item is returned to us unused, unopened and in the condition as they were sent, in its original undamaged packaging with labels and seals intact and not tampered with. All returns must include all parts of the product including batteries. (Excluding the original shipping and handling cost).

All sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (delivery excluded) will be credited when Cherry pink has received and processed your return.

We are unable to accept any product(s) back that is not in this condition.

Customers are responsible for any returns to us until we receive them.

If the above conditions have not been met, we reserve the rights to return the items to you.

Defects

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item.  When Cherry pink has received and processed the defective item we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

How do I return items?

Just pack the returned products including a quick note with details of your order number and the reason for the return to:-

I received a damaged/incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately by emailing me at customerservices@cherrypink.ie  before returning the item stating your name order number reason for return. Once we receive your email we will within 3 working days reply to tell you how to return the item. (Excluding the original shipping and handling cost)

We will exchange items as long as it is still in ‘as new’ condition and accordance with our return policy.

Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed and once it has been approved, we will send out the replacement item to you free of charge.

If we are unable to exchange an item, we will offer a full refund.

All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.

We will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.

After you have received the email please allow 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed and refunded to your card.

We cannot accept returns for single use products or products that come in packs or bottles like condoms, lubricants, oils, etc.

If you still have a query about a return please contact us and we will try our best to sort it out for you.

Cancelling Orders

We have no problem cancelling orders until they have been dispatched. To cancel an order call us or email us with your order number and we’ll do the rest. Refunds will be paid back to the account you used to pay. This refund may take a couple of days for the bank to process though. We check emails very regularly but to ensure you get us before the order has been dispatched a call might be the best idea.

Once the order has entered dispatch we can’t cancel the order. You still, of course, retain the option to return the products back to us unused and unopened for a full refund. Shipping orders back to us is I’m afraid at your own expense and we also retain the right to refund less the shipping fees we have paid.

We, of course, can not process the return until we receive the order back and any delays in shipping the order we can not be held responsible for, which is fair enough isn’t it?

Why is it not Working?

The most common reason we get returns is that it doesn’t work. Before you go through the hassle of returning your new sex toy to us can you just try a couple of things first? Failing these please ring us first we are here to help.

Batteries

Most Sex Toys are waterproof nowadays and this means battery compartments need to be super tight. This also means that contacts around the batteries will often only work if it is closed really well.

If you still can’t get it to power on you might try adding a little card or something to ensure the battery compartment is pressed up against the contact correctly.

Batteries are nearly always inserted in opposite directions to each other so if the sex toy isn’t working please try to switch batteries around.

Please make sure to use new batteries too when testing your new sex toy. Finally, when not in use please ensure you take out any batteries as if you come back to a sex toy after a while it might have drained the batteries.

Control

If you are having a problem with the control first read any instructions you have to ensure you are using it correctly.

Some products need you to hold the on button for a couple of seconds to power up and power down as a safety to ensure it doesn’t accidentally power on.

Every Rule has an Exception

We really want to be fair and treat our customers with respect. But in some cases, if we receive goods for return that are no longer fit for resale we will not be able to process a full refund, we will either offer to return the goods with a postage fee or we’ll contact you and try to come to a fair and mutual agreement that works for everyone. You will, of course, understand that we would never sell used goods but we do want to try to help you out too.

We also can not accept returns for single use products or products that come in packs or bottles like condoms, lubricants, oils, tenga’s etc

Lingerie and Clothing Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases but we also need everything we sell to be new and hygienic. Because of this, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any clothes or lingerie. Only in this way can we ensure that all our lingerie is in perfect condition when we ship it to you. So please when ordering lingerie make sure you have read and fully understand the size information.

Product Warranties

Some product lines come with a manufacturer warranty.If a product is faulty of course our suppliers will accept it back and offer a replacement but if a product has been broken our suppliers will not take them back which unfortunately means we can’t either.

Some manufacturers will accept these products back but it tends to be based on the circumstance.

If this happens to your product the manufacturer warranty comes into play and you should contact the manufacturer directly as we can’t accept these products back.
