You’re Not Happy – We’re Not Happy!
Here at Cherry Pink, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. So, for instance, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. So, please read the following guidelines to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging. And you must include all accessories, manuals, and other materials that came with the product. If you don’t follow these return policy guidelines, we may be unable to process your return.
However, once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. Finally, Customers are responsible for any returns to us until we receive them back.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us within seven days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of lingerie and clothing you have worn, washed, or removed its tags. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within seven days of receipt. And we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already processed and shipped your order, so we won’t be able to cancel it. However, once you receive the package, return it to us, and we can issue a refund. But in this case, you will have to pay the postage.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for single-use products. Or products in packs or bottles, such as condoms, lubricants, oils, Tenga’s, and other similar items. This is due to hygiene reasons, and we cannot ensure that the item has not been tampered with or used before. Therefore, please make sure that you read the product description carefully before placing your order.

We understand that sometimes, a sex toy may not work as expected. But before returning the item to us, we suggest that you try the following steps:
Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly and that they’re not dead. For instance, sometimes specific batteries are not powerful enough to run the sex toy and stronger ones are required. So the first thing to check is the batteries and replace them.
Sometimes, sex toys have multiple settings, so make sure you’ve tried them all before concluding that the toy is faulty. In addition, some sex toys have a three-second on/off button, so you must hold on for three seconds before it works. However, some have an instant on/off button and holding it down will stop the toy from working.
